PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY – THEY AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS AND INCLUDE WAIVERS OF RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY. THEY ALSO REQUIRE DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND US TO BE RESOLVED THROUGH BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AND TO WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL, CLASS OR COLLECTIVE ACTIONS OR PROCEEDINGS, AND ANY OTHER COURT PROCEEDING OF ANY KIND, SUBJECT TO LIMITED EXCEPTIONS. By using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website.

Unauthorized use will terminate your license to use the Website immediately and may result in legal action.

12. Resolving Disputes, Agreement to Arbitrate, Class Action, and Jury Waiver

All disputes between you and Télia must be resolved through binding individual arbitration. This means:

  • You waive the right to a jury trial.
  • You waive participation in class or representative actions.
  • Arbitration will be administered by NAM or ADR Services.
  • If 25+ similar claims arise, they may be grouped into batches.
  • You may opt out of arbitration by emailing hello@teliaagency.com within 30 days of your first use of the Website.

13. Waiver & Severability

Failure by Télia to enforce a right or provision is not a waiver of such right. If any part of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy constitute the full agreement between you and Télia Agency regarding use of the Website.
