This Privacy Policy describes Télia Agency, LLC’s (“Télia”) practices regarding information we collect about you and the choices available to you regarding such information. For purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise stated, “information” or “personal information” means information relating to an identified or identifiable individual.

This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect where we control the purposes and means of processing, specifically information we collect through any of our websites, emails, advertisements, or other online services that link to this Privacy Policy (the “Service”) or other sources identified below. Your use of the Service is subject to our Terms of Use.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to:

  • the practices of third parties we do not control
  • information processed by us on behalf of our clients
  • information collected in the context of your job application or employment with us
  • information that has been anonymized or, to the extent permitted by law, deidentified

Please do not provide any information that we do not request.

  • Device information, including operating software, browser type and version, internet service provider, and language settings.

6. Processing on Behalf of Our Clients

When acting as a service provider to clients, we process personal information per client instruction. This may include contact identifiers, demographics, device data, or location. These uses are governed by client agreements, not this policy.

Influencer Account

To be removed from our influencer program, email us at info@teliaagency.com.

Emails

To unsubscribe from marketing emails, follow the unsubscribe link in the email or contact us with “UNSUBSCRIBE” in the subject line. Transactional emails cannot be opted out of.

Browser and Device Controls

  • Manage cookies via your browser settings.
  • Note that cookie settings may not sync across browsers.
  • We do not respond to browser Do Not Track signals unless required by law.

Third-Party Tools

To opt out of Google Analytics tracking, visit https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. We are not responsible for third-party opt-out functionality.

8. Children

Our Service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete the data in accordance with COPPA.

9. Security

We maintain appropriate administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect your information. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure.

10. Retention

We retain information as long as needed for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law, including fraud prevention, legal compliance, or enforcement of agreements.

Télia is based in the United States (Florida). If you are outside the U.S., your data may be transferred to or processed in the U.S. or another country where we or our partners operate.

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes may be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.

California residents have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we have collected about you.
  • Access specific pieces of personal information we have collected.
  • Delete personal information that we have collected from you.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Opt-out of sales or sharing of personal information (not applicable as we do not sell or share).
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information (not applicable as we do not use it beyond allowable purposes).
  • Non-Discrimination: You will not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

You may also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.

  • We do not sell or share your personal data.

Appeals

If your request is denied, you have the right to appeal by submitting a written request to hello@teliaagency.com with the subject line “Privacy Rights Appeal.” If your appeal is denied, you may contact your state’s Attorney General:

Nevada

Nevada residents have the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. Although Télia does not currently sell personal information, you may submit a verified request to hello@teliaagency.com with the subject line “Nevada Opt-Out of Sale Request” if you would like to formally opt out.
